Identity Resolution

Identity resolution is the process of matching and merging data from different sources and devices into a single profile for each real person. It turns scattered, duplicate records into one unified customer view, which is the foundation for accurate analytics, personalization, and AI.

Without identity resolution, the same customer appears as separate fragments across your email tool, store, support desk, and analytics, and every downstream system draws fragmented conclusions.

Resolution uses deterministic matching on shared identifiers like email or phone, and sometimes probabilistic matching on weaker signals. The output is a resolved profile, often called a golden record, that everything else attaches to.
