Firmographic Data

Firmographic data describes the attributes of a company rather than an individual: industry, size, revenue, location, and structure. It is the B2B counterpart to demographic data and is used to segment, score, and target business accounts.

In B2B first-party data, firmographics turn an individual contact into an account context: which company they work for and what that company looks like.

Firmographic detail is a common enrichment target, appended to resolved profiles to sharpen lead scoring and routing. As with any enrichment, accuracy and provenance matter more than volume.
