Data Enrichment

Data enrichment is the practice of adding accurate, missing attributes to existing customer profiles, such as firmographics, demographics, or contact details. Done on resolved profiles with quality sources, it sharpens segmentation and targeting without compromising trust.

Enrichment assumes you have already resolved your data, because you can only reliably append attributes once you know which records belong to the same person.

Accuracy beats volume: bad enrichment teaches teams and models to trust wrong information. Responsible enrichment uses consented sources, tracks provenance, and respects regional rules.
